Proper Handling and Storage Tips
We pick our fruit at peak ripeness so it can transport and arrive to you in good condition.
Peaches bruise easily and should be handled with the utmost care.
- When carrying your box of fruit, do so carefully and set it down gently.
- To continue the ripening process, store at room temperature.
- To test for ripeness, gently press down near where the stem use to be. If it gives, it is ready to eat or can.
- Rinse before eating or canning by gently rubbing under cool water.
